We help complete your cross-border shopping experience by offering a speedy shipping service to any place in Harare, a service that is generally not provided by South African retailers.

How it Works

Option 1 (Shop online)

• Visit the website of the retailer(s) of your choice (Makro, Pick n’ Pay, Game etc.)
• Select the products you like and pay online directly to the retailer.
• We either collect your goods from the retailer or provide you with a South African delivery address to use when you make your order online.
• Email the list of products you purchased and the invoices to sales@zvose.com or send it via WhatsApp to +263 71 948 2581.
• We then safely package and deliver your goods to your door step or nearest collection point within 24 to 48 hours.

Option 2 (Let us shop for you)

• Visit the website of the retailer(s) of your choice (Makro, Pick n’ Pay, Woolworths, Game, Takealot etc.)
• Compile a shopping list of the products you wish to buy, with product description, quantity and price.
• Email the list to sales@zvose.com or send it via WhatsApp to +263 71 948 2581.
• Pay cash (USD or Rands) at our Harare office and we shop for your chosen products on your behalf.
• We then safely package and deliver your goods to your door step or nearest collection point within 24 to 48 hours.

Standard Terms and Conditions

On both options we charge a service fee of 35% of the total purchase price for packaging and delivering the products to your house or closest collection point.

Minimum order value: R1000 excluding service fee.

Delivery areas: Harare.

Processing cut off times: Orders and payments received before 10 am will be processed on that day. Orders and payments received after 10 am will be processed on the next day.
